milk) giving this cake a smooth creamy consistency. Fudge cake has a
variant called “Death by Chocolate” due to the considerable amount of

Bulgarian cuisine, which is made of 2 mm thin round cake plates, abundant
walnut kernels, eggs and sugar, topped with frosting made of cream and

- Joffre cake: French origin A chocolate buttermilk layer cake

- Molten chocolate cake:A cake that blends the elements of flourless
chocolate cake and a soufflé’. Also names as chocolate fondant or a
chocolate lava cake, for it contains the molten chocolate cake.
